I work in retail, so I normally buy him 2 or 3 nice outfits for Christmas.

However, he has so much by now, in the line of clothing, that he just doesn't need anything else.

Last year I bought him a really nice watch and a pocket watch, just for the design.

His birthday is the week before Christmas, and I already bought him a
4g ipod, since his mp player isn't that great.

I already have a massage table and a massage chair that I use to do his massage, and which we use to do each others massage on- but was thinking it might be nice to get him one of shiatsu massaging cushions. I always get him about 3 or 4 things so I'm not sure what else to choose.

I'm kind of out of ideas.

Any ideas? What are your thoughts?

Men, what would *you* want from *your* girlfriend for Christmas?

Maybe it would help to get a guys point of view.

Thanks :)

laroy718- I used to make him things, but I ran out of ideas. *I wove him a sort of throw blanket, with a winter's scene. * I made him a quilt with a raised design of he and I snuggled up on the couch under candle light, with our pets. *I've made him candles, and a cross stitch of a love poem from the bible. I've kind of just run out of crafty ideas.
We have pets already. The only reason why we have so much 'stuff' from one another, is that we've been together for so many years. We've been dating for almost 13 years, and we just moved in together 2 years ago. We don't plan on every breaking up. We both feel like we are each other's destiny.
We've been talking about wedding plans off and on for the past 2 or 3 years. It never seems to be the "right" time. One of us is always kind of procrastinating. I was thinking of doing something with an "I'm planning on spending forever with you" type theme, but I don't have any ideas on what to do or how to do it. That's the thing.
I'd like to get something that will bring us closer together. You know, after 12 and 3/4 years, we need fun stuff to do *together* that will keep us from getting bored. At least I think that would help. I can't afford a Nintendo Wii, or that might be something fun for us to do. I thought of those sex playing card or games, but neither one of us is "kinky". So that would probably always just sit there. It would be nice to have something fun to do together any old time, besides the same old Saturday night out to dinner.

I received a used massage chair for Christmas and the previous owner quite obviously smoked like a chimney in her home. I'm replacing the face cradle cushion, but cannot afford to replace all of the cushions. I've been alternating between wiping it down with vinegar and leaving a baking soda paste on it for 24 hours and then wiping it down again. It is drawing some of the tar out. I was wondering if anyone has any other suggestions that may work? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks so much!

At some points in your life, you had to tell a guy that he makes you uncomfortable for varying reasons.

What would you say and/or do if the man returned the next day with a new seat cushion and/or massage chair? And he said, "These are designed to make you -comfortable-. You said I made you uncomfortable so I thought I'd compensate with this."

How would you take it? What would you tell him and/or do to him?

And if he was a man with MONEY, bought you a Toyota COMFORT and had it towed to your driveway, what would you do about THAT?

I'm thinking of bringing people items of -comfort- if they ever tell me I make them uncomfortable, but I've not started to yet.

Massage chairs? Safe to use?

I'm 39 weeks and desperate for my baby to come out. My stepmom got a massage pad for christmas and she set it up today on the couch and I was wondering if it was safe to use. I know they advise against it because it can cause premature labor but since I'm 39 weeks does that mean that it could give my labor a kick start? I don't want to do anything to harm my baby of course, just want to sit in the massage chair really. It looks super comfortable.
thanks =]

back pain!>? helpppp?

My back has been hurting ever since yesterday... its pretty uncomfortable. I've been putting a heating pad on it, and sitting in my massage chair ... it seems to releive it a bit.

I notice sometimes that I dont have the greatest posture.. when I was 17, I had a breast reduction... I was 5'1, 110lbs and 34dd! So, I'm pretty sure they messed up my back for life!

Recently though, we ordered new mattresses and threw out my old ones.. (they were ruined) and for the past weekish, I've been sleeping on the matress pad.. maybe thats caused my back to hurt? I woke up a few days ago with a really stiff neck.

Would the lack of my mattress cause me so much pain in just a week? I'm only 24, I didn't think my body would start falling apart for at least another 20-25 years lol :(

My back also cracks a lot, anyone know of any back strenghtening excersizes that would help me?
It actually feels a lot better now that I've had a massage, and kept the heating pad on it... I'll see if it goes away in a day or two... my insurance is currently being reinstated..so if its still hurting then, i guess I'll go to a dr.

Is it okay to use massage chair when pregnant?

I was just sitting here and suddenly remembered that we do have a massage chair with built in heating pad in the back bedroom and I was just wondering if it would be safe to use. I am wondering more about the heating pad because it does get pretty hot...I am 28 weeks pregnant and do have a low lying placenta (marginal). Just looking to ease the back pain a little but not at the cost of harming myself or my baby...
