I do weights regularly to keep toned, nothing too excessive. No matter what kind of situp I try or what equipment I use I always get pain in my back and have to stop. I've tried using a gym ball, reclining bench and any varaiation I can get from a book but all ends up the same. I don't suffer any back pain normally or discomfort,
my husband had a back pain for a week or so then it went to his lower back and now when he goes to the toilet hes losing blood whens hes wee.s, he says its a bad ache.

I woke up this morning with hardly recognisable back pain. When 1pm hit I could
start to feel it more so I thought to use one of massager things that my mum owns.
By 3 o'clock the pain had gotten worse. I also have been having shortness of breath.
When i take deep breaths my chest hurts, but the pain starts to fade after a couple
of seconds. When i tilt to my right arm, where the back pain is (under the right shoulder
blade) my chest hurts on that side too. I want to rule a heart attack because I had an ecg/ekg
a few months back and a blood test about a month ago. I'm also 16 years old and I suffer
from anxiety which often causes me chest pain and other heart attack symptoms such as
pains in arms and sweating but never bad pain. I also felt a bit lightheaded ealier
I don't know whether it was the anxiety or actually happening. But I can assure you the
back pain and shortness of breath is really there! The back pain is also seeming to be
spreading but in the same area just getting wider. It only hurts if i sit up or push my
chest out. If i bend downloads it doesn't hurt at all.
I would like to know what I should do?
