Any tips on relieving clogged ducts?

I've fed my son in different positions on the clogged side, used a heating pad & massaged the clogged duct & it still will not unclog.

im a single mom who's a massage therapist student and i need to find a cheap lightweight table..is this any good? any tips i know to look for a lightweight and 2-3 inches of foam padding but how do i know when i find one if its any good and not unstable?

a.nal sex? Or can you skip some steps???

I researched it on the web . . .

1. lube & massage the outside
2. using the pad of your finger, lightly press repeatedly in the position where the numbers would be on a clock
3. insert one finger
4. insert two fingers
5. insert plug, possibly for a long time
6. insert head, etc.

It just seems very technical to me.

24 weeks pregnant… heating pad safe?

I'm 24 weeks pregnant & have such horrible lower back pain. I've tried putting a pillow between my legs when sleeping & my husband tried giving me a massage... it was great but didn't improve much lol. I don't want to have a prenatal massage until I get the okay from my doctor & my next appointment is Oct 20th so I just need some relief for the time being. Does anyone know if putting a heating pad on my lower back safe?

A few days ago, I woke up with a terrible crick in my neck & it feels like I have a pulled muscle in my neck down to the back of my shoulder. I have tried heat pads, massage, Vicoprofen (a combination drug of Vicodin & Ibuprofen), & Norflex (muscle relaxer). Nothing I have done has helped. If you know of something I haven't tried, please help! Thanks.

massaging cushion for neck?

I have chronic neck problems. I have a Homedic Shiatsu 300 chair cushion... one of the best purchases I have ever made. However, it misses the tops of my shoulders and my neck.

I was looking into the "Homedics BKK-100 Therapist Selectâ„¢ Shiatsu SPOT Massaging Cushion", seen on http://order.store.yahoo.net/ymix/MetaController.html?ysco_key_event_id=&ysco_key_store_id=yhst-37697109791737&sectionId=ysco.cart.

Has anyone used this? Can anyone recommend a device that has worked for you?

I've got to make a massager for my product design A level and i'm doing this survey to find out people's views. I need older people to answer this because I have too many teenager's answers at the moment. Don't try saying funny stuff coz you'll have only wasted 5mins of your life replying to my question. I will submit this in several different areas, so don't bother telling me it's in the wrong place. Okay, so...

question 1: what gender are you?

question 2: what age are you?

question 3: what's most important to you in a product? Rate the following options from 1 to 4 (1 being the most important)...
a) looks
b) price
c) how well it's made/ good quality materials
d) if it's eco-friendly or not

question 4: what style do you identify most with? e.g. minimalism, art deco, new design, futuristic stuff, gothic stuff, luxurious stuff, conservative stuff, 'green' stuff etc.

question 5: how many hours do you work a week?

question 6: how many hours do you sleep a week?

question 7: how often do you feel stressed?

question 8: what do you do to relax?

question 9: have you ever had a massager before? if yes - from who & how many times?

question 10: what material would you like a massager to be made from?

question 11: what would you like the massager to do?

question 12: what colour(s) would you like it to be?

question 13: have you ever used a massager before?

question 14: do you have any ailments that would benefit from using a massager e.g. back pain/ foot pain/ carpal tunnel syndrome etc.?

Stiff neck in mornings?

Lately I've been getting a really stiff neck when I wake up, sometimes so bad I can hardly move it. I can feel my muscles are really tight all across my shoulders. I do use a computer but not much, just an hour or so in the evenings and some days not at all.

I've tried different pillows/less pillows/more pillows, and try to loosen up before bed, but still wake up in pain. I'm seeing a physio in a few weeks, but in the meantime does anyone have any suggestions eg exercises I can try, or even herbal remedies??

I'm also thinking of booking a massage to relieve the tension, and maybe getting one of those special pillows that's meant to support your back & shoulders - are they any good?

Thanks!
