If you want a back massage and you do not want to rely on anyone else. I would suggest this Shiatsu Back Massage Cushion. I received my cushion as a gift and love it. I use it regularly to relieve my back pain. It is very easy, simple and quick to use. There is a demo button which enables you to become familiar with the sensation or have a short massage session, which is an excellent idea. The whole, upper and lower back options are superb for those specific troublesome areas which are catered for in a longer session. Once the session is complete you feel refreshed and revitalised. This is a fantastic product that is mobile and can be fixed to any upright chair. It is well worth its price and is a saving on employing a masseuse, as it is ready whenever you are 24/7.

I've got two very minor gripes with this: 1. I wish it'd travel another 2-3 inches lower, and 2. I wish it'd travel another 1-2 inches higher (I'm 6'1") Aside from that, it's excellent! It's got an automatic cut-off after 15mins, and the time is over far too soon! It's also very relaxing - I get very sleepy while it's on.
