I'm on my feet all day, in a hard-tile floored retail store, and I'm 6'6" and 280. I wear comfortable shoes (vans), with an additional insole cushion, and separate gel heel inserts.
The first 4 hours of my day are fine, and then the feet start to burn. The last couple hours, I have to sit down every 15 minutes or so, it's that bad. I take my shoes off at least once/day and massage my feet for a few minutes, and that really helps for about half an hour or so, but I'm wondering what, if any, good, longterm solutions are out there. I don't want to be popping drugs every day that would affect my work, and while I could stand to lose a few lbs., I'm in decent shape, just really tall and big.
I seem to have permanant pulled muscles in my back. The muscles on my upper back, near my shoulder blades, have been pulled for... well... the past couple of years I think. I have tried everything I can think of to fix this: I have had massages, I spent a whole week using a massage pad on them every time I layed down, I just can't seem to fix them. Any suggestions?
straight up i have no desire to have sex, or touch or be... I'm out of the marines for a bad disease, and for the past six months have been bed ridden, i have bought a new mattress which is way too soft. so ive become too major back pain, my back muscle's are so tight and sore. anyways i want to start working out again, i would like a professional massage,to help me loosen up and get me motivated, but i am a little shy because i have gain weight. and never been to a spa. i don't want to drive 100 mi just so no one knows me. i would like to have a girl come to an hotel and give me a massage, just until i get over my jitters of going to a major spa. But just seeing since i'm going through all this, just wondering adding a topless massage is a plus, just checking if it is legal. like i said no sex what so ever, just want to know if its okay, and if any one can suggest someone that would help near mokena il, i know a couple of therapist but since they are my friends i am very quick to say no, like i said i want the most professional, as well as being nude.. so is it legal in Illinois, thank you for taking your time to read this.

Tama attacked me on Saturday afternoon (March 14). Unprovoked, unless walking past one's own dog is considered provocation. I recorded this about six hours after the attack. The bruising is much worse today, and I went in for physical therapy this afternoon because I've literally been almost completely immobile from fighting him off of me. The PT helped a little bit.... at least now I can climb into the spa, which I couldn't do before I went in for the laser treatment and massage therapy, etc. They told me to come back Wednesday. Tom, I'm now more glad than ever that I'd held onto the prepaid PT treatments like I did, or else I wouldn't have been able to get the help I did today! I'm very lucky to have only the injuries I do. (I was wearing my VERY thick bathrobe when it happened; if I hadn't had that to cushion his bites, his teeth would have torn me up without a doubt.) This breaks my heart.... I've loved this dog for three and a half years through thick and thin, and tried so hard to rehabilitate him. But he has to be put down.... he is dangerous and will do it again, and the next time may not be so lucky.
My pup ate some cooked chicken bones, he's been throwing up everything, been drinking tons of water, and has lost all of his wait.
I've tried giving him cooked rice to cushion the bones, he threw that up, and now we gave him 100% cotton with some milk just hoping he would have diarrhea. He hasn't pooped in like 5 days. He did poop a little last night but they were as hard as rocks. We massage him, and try to make him run with his favorite toy. Is there anything else I can do to help him?
I'm sorry I forgot to add this my parent has been layed off from work and we are very tight on money right now. Trust me I wouldnt be asking for help if I had the money to take him to the vet.
He isn't bleeding internaly I would know from his poop last night, and him throwing up, I never gave him chicken bones. He pushed the trash over.
My new horse has been having a few issues under saddle since I got him. I decided to have him checked out and yesterday the therapist said he did have muscle pain along his back (his spine etc are currently unaffected). We are giving him some time off and working on a massage and stretching programme.
My new saddle has been declared a really good fit and we think this pain was caused by a previously ill fitting saddle from before I got him. However, the therapist did suggest that a good saddle pad could help him be more comfortable. I have always ridden in just a plain dressage pad. I started to look and am overwhelmed by the array of gel, memory foam, sheep skin, full pads, half pads, wither pads etc that I just don't know where to start!!
The pain is right at the back where the cantle sits and my horse has normal withers and is quite wide.

feel like other people experience a level of conscienceless that i don't. i use to be at this same level, but i cant feel it or see it anymore. my brain does not work like it use too. i feel ruined, confused and suicidal. im So confused i cant hardly function in day to day task. i honesty cant carry on a conversation with anyone. I was getting VERY close to suicide, and a couple of weeks ago i met girl.
I really like her and shes different from the other girls i have met. I m 22 but have never had a girlfriend. She is 20 and has had Many. She likes me and wants to take things real slow. we went out on a date and we went to dinner and a movie and then a friends house. she had a great time because she said nobody has ever treated her with respect before. we made out the other night, and im a terrible kisser i have no idea what to do. we went on another date to the braves game a couple of days later. She said she was not ready for a relationship after the second date.
She invited me to her house sat were about 6 of her friends were drinking. we all got drunk, but I ended up blacking out. we were laying on a mattress on the floor in the living room and i started to rub her back(like a massage)but that is the last thing I vaguely remember. Apparently I lifted her shirt and made her friends so uncomfortable that they were afraid to leave me alone with her. I just learned that I did this today. I HONESTLY had no clue. i have not seriously thought about suicide since i have been with her. i don't think i can keep her. my minds too screwed and im too depressed. i cant make a connection with anyone. i cant tell her the truth about my depression, that will scare her off, but i cant date her and not even talk or lear because im so distreed.i wish i would have meet her years ago, but i cant now. suicide feels so inevitable.
